We conduct thorough reference checks by calling upon managers, peers, subordinates and others who can evaluate a candidate’s performance, expertise, people skills and work habits. We manage negotiations in a timely manner, with confidentiality and sensitivity to the needs of both the client and the candidate. Once an offer is made and accepted, we follow up to ensure that the engagement is successful.
