Duties can include (but not limited to) the following:

Under the direction of the AVP or Team Manager provide daily management of risk exposure on loan and client level matters for assigned clients. Cross train to provide coverage for other analysts within regional client solutions team. Follow credit policies. Review and provide actions and responses to loan and client level reporting. Provide temporary credit increases based on prescribed guidelines and assist clients in loan fundings. Monitor clients to ensure compliance with the various loan level covenants of the revolving security agreement. Interact with management, production staff, other departments and customers in resolving loan level issues and managing the overall customer experience. Responsible for providing management with updates on changes in risk levels or facility usage. Assist in managing the "wind-down" process of customers who are discontinuing their facilities . Our client is seeking a Benefits Manager in Calabasas to administer company benefit programs and assists in the development of new or improved benefit programs or processes. This person reports to the Senior Manager of Benefits. This person also supervises Benefits Administrators and/or Benefits Specialists.
•Leads and participates in special projects as assigned. Applies advanced analytical skills to independently research, analyze and provide recommendations regarding benefit programs and processes
•Has primary responsibility for administering one or more benefit programs
•Analyzes benefits usage and costs
•Assists in the development of effective benefit communication programs
•Researches legal, regulatory or administrative issues impacting the benefits program
•Leads projects for benefits analysis and works closely with Finance and insurance carriers
•Assists in managing vendor relationships including service levels, correspondence control, annual renewal documentation, SPDs, service contracts and Certificates of Insurance

Qualifications:

•Certified Benefits Professional and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist certifications are a plus
•Expertise with stock plan administration is a plus
•Working knowledge of government regulations that apply to benefit programs (ERISA, TEFRA, ADA, etc.) and the standard filings required by the Department of Labor/IRS
•Highly computer literate with proven experience creating reports using MS Excel and HRIS, preferably Lawson
