Duties can include (but not limited to) the
following:
•Answering Seller's questions via phone and

charge.
•Research if the 203K, Buydown, and/or

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Our department will provide on the job
training. We prefer that candidates have 2
or more years of mortgage background or have
a BA in Accounting or related curriculum.
They will also need some computer
experience, because they will need to work
with Lotus Notes, MS Excel, MS Access, MS
Word, Gems, and AS400 modules. They also
need to be multi-tasked oriented.

MORTGAGE SUSPENSE COORDINATOR -

submitted by sellers. Assign files per
management request as well as work

Sr. COMMITMENT SPECIALIST-

Registers selected Best Effort commitments
from the principal lender. Responds to
inquiries with respect to commitments and
how Correspondent Lending will process the
commitment. Registers loans sent through
from a CLOUT refer through Platinum. Clears
loan allocations. Advanced knowledge of
Jade, Ruby and Sapphire to accurately price
and quote price to authorized individuals.
Commitment to Beyond Excellence. Working
knowledge of Pearl and basic knowledge of
how pricing works. Increased knowledge of
underwriting guidelines specific to Subprime
Products. Able to train customers on
Subprime Price Query.
•Register commitment accepted under best
effort delivery method. Recommend best
product for the seller and/or the customer
with regards to PPP, loan program, etc. Data
entry of screen prompts germane to lender
requirements. Addresses any program
violation which may occur when registering
the commitment.
•Learning to determine NEC using Market
Model analysis. Increased knowledge of
business mix to make informed decisions
regarding NEC on individual loans.
•Utilization of Lotus Notes, including
allocation and Tornado databases, PC skills
for data entry. Interface with commitment
lenders, et cetera.
•Train others (customers and team mates) on
Subprime Price Query, Platinum Exception
pricing requests
•Communicate policy information to lenders
upon request
•Communicate pricing and suspension
information to sellers
•Other project assignments as directed by
immediate supervisor.
•Price quotations for best effort loan
commitments. Commitment vehicle changes
based on the principal lender and commitment
time interval.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or equivalent. Computer
data entry skills and ability to interpret
and administer CLD pricing policy. Math,
written and verbal communication skills
necessary to succeed at this position.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of
analysis and macros using Excel. Exemplary
Customer Service skills exhibiting all

aspects of reporting in Turquoise. Ability
to teach others about pricing, including

Under the direction of the AVP or Team
Manager provide daily management of risk
exposure on loan and client level matters
for assigned clients. Cross train to provide
coverage for other analysts within regional
client solutions team. Follow credit
policies. Review and provide actions and
responses to loan and client level
reporting. Provide temporary credit
increases based on prescribed guidelines and
assist clients in loan fundings. Monitor
clients to ensure compliance with the
various loan level covenants of the
revolving security agreement. Interact with
management, production staff, other
departments and customers in resolving loan
level issues and managing the overall
customer experience. Responsible for
providing management with updates on changes
in risk levels or facility usage. Assist in
managing the "wind-down" process of
customers who are discontinuing their
facilities . Assist in identifying system
improvement requirements. Perform under
established standards of turn time and
ensure that customer service levels are met.
Responsible for ensuring that the training
and boarding of new clients are met as new
clients are assigned.

•Additional ad-hoc items as assignment by
management.
•Manage “friendly wind downs” within the
team ensuring that all funds are collected
and all loans are cleared of facility timely
in conjunction with Wind Down manager. Work
with Credit Portfolio Manager, elevate
trans-mod requests as needed and follow
through to ensure commitment requirements
