• no qualifying exams

Dental Insurance - United Healthcare HMO plan available

• Monthly premiums differ for each employee
• Canon pays $100 towards your premium monthly
• Dependants can be added to your policy
• Premium is deducted from payroll weekly
• Coverage ends at the termination of assignment
• Cobra is offered at that time
