James is currently working on his MBA from CSUN.  James attended the United States Air Force Academy and played on their National Championship Rugby team.  For 5 years James has been spearheading Canon Group.  He brings ambition and determination to the search process and specializes in bringing win-win situations for both  clients and companies.
